About the role

Your Opportunity

The role of Technology is evolving, we need a curious and talented individual to collaborate with the Marketing teams. This role has two value add opportunities:
  • Program oversight of all Technology initiatives that support our Marketing Teams- helping focus resources and Tech teams on delivering with Excellence
  • Partner with our Marketing Teams to make Tech relevant, relatable and help drive value from our investments 
  • You like to challenge the status quo, are organised and a great communicator and apt at driving change through all levels of the organisation
  • You have an appreciation for the challenges of a fast paced Marketing Organisation and how Tech can partner to enable their ambition
  • You are a great communicator and have strong interpersonal skills to simplify and focus on value and impact vs technical complexity.


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:

  • Delivery of our Tech products and Services to enable and accelerate our Reignite Marketing Strategy
  • Tech Business Partner to the Marketing Operations team (who are focused on Strategy, Planning and Capability development) including their agencies and Partners to help 
    • Map Re Ignite Marketing Strategy needs to Tech initiatives– building business cases to include defining Consumer/Prim@ value exchange and outcomes
    • Coordinating the needs for Tech Enablement to Projects/Products/training both for the short term, and in anticipation of the constantly changing landscape
  • Program Management of the Marketing Tech portfolio, working closely with the Tech PMO, Marketing Tech Product Owners and services to 
    • Maintain a consolidated view of all programs & projects that are directly managed, or will have an impact to the Marketing Teams including resources, budget & Key milestone dates 
    • Build Tech Roadmap in support of Re-Ignite Marketing Program - Aligning the sequencing and prioritisation of delivery to where it will drive the most value and impact  
    • Provide regular and ad-hoc progress updates to the Marketing and Tech Teams (E.g. Regional Business Partners) leveraging existing forums and communication methods to make maximum impact.
    • Explore new ways of working to help accelerate delivery focused on impact and value drivers – Including ways to improve feedback and communication  
    • Monitor and Seek Feedback and drive to action – welcoming it as an opportunity to continuously evolve, improve, and learn
  • Contribute to, and role-model an inclusive team culture where all Prim@s and our partners contributions are recognised for their contributions and impact
  • Celebrate Key Milestones, documenting case studies, sharing learnings, and recognising contributions
  • Bring Insights from the industry to help accelerate the implementation and focus on driving value for Bacardi and our Consumers  

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Experience with Marketing Organisation and an appreciation of the Processes from Creative ideas to Execution, and M&E and enabling Technologies 
  • Experienced in Tech Program Management and Delivery (Waterfall and Agile) – with skills preferably gained in a CPG Company 
  • Experience working in a matrixed organisation, with the strong influencing and communication skills to enable cross-functional delivery and facilitate prioritisation to make choices
  • Strong Communication skills – ability to transform complex Tech concepts into relatable language and content, and seeking new ways to democratise knowledge and learning opportunities
  • Leadership skills to help bring teams together and turn good ideas into great execution
  • Building High performing teams through focusing on shared goals and outcomes in service of our Consumers, promoting transparency and feedback cycles to support the growth and development of the whole team.
  • Strategic and Critical thinker and problem solver – able to respectfully challenge the status quo and drive change
