About the role

Your Opportunity

Partner with the key influencers in the On Trade, bringing our brands to life in the top end Prestige Bars, Clubs and Restaurants, by building brilliant relationships and working in partnership with our customers. You'll drive the performance and growth of Bacardi’s brands through searching for new business, driving distribution and connecting with the consumer. 

About You

You are passionate about Prestige, Trends and the On Trade. Your entrepreneurial style means that you will thrive on being the key contact for our ‘influencer’ customers, driving new business, distribution and maintaining sustainable relationships. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will be key to your success in this role. You recognise the importance of relationships and wok hard to build them. 

Most importantly, you feel at home in the top end of the On Trade, advocating our brands and putting consumer at the heart.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Partner with key customers by building outstanding relationships in the Premium and Influencer On Trade outlets, understanding their needs, their local consumers and developing and executing solutions.
  • Deliver on key selling metrics: Brand Distribution, Visibility in outlet, New Business, Promotion and Financial Targets
  • Develop and manage the sales and promotional brand plans for your specialist customer base as aligned to Commercial priorities.
  • Work in partnership with customers, acting as business contact to deliver 360 solutions, resolving all questions/issues.  
  • Responsible for winning new premium business listings, retaining and growing existing business with our biggest On trade customers.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Marketing and Brand Ambassadors to bring our amazing brands to life, through hosting prestige events and executing ‘best in class’ brand activations. 
  • Monitor and evaluate promotional activities against budget, conducting ROI analysis
  • You'll spend all their time driving forward the London Prestige business forward and leading the team.
  • Win with key and strategic London groups who have a National and global footprint and influence the OT by implanting our U.K. 'winning in  key cities' strategy.
  • Live and breathe the on trade, spending a minimum of two nights a week in trade networking with key operators and having your finger on the pulse

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in Sales and Premium On Trade / Retail / Hospitality Sector desired. Activation experience would be beneficial  
  • Demonstrable track record of performance and delivery (results and/or achievements) 
  • Excellent (social) networking / interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication/presentation skills (Active Listening) 
  • Creative Thinking 
  • Strong Commercial P&L skills and has examples of negotiating with a large influential UK or National customer to deliver results

  • You are Pro-active, Goal-oriented and Passionate about delivering results and constantly seek to improve
  • You love the consumer. You create strong positive first impressions and easily build those into great relationships with customers
