About the role
- The ability to gather and analyze information from multiple and complex data sources, to generate insights that lead to net revenue increase through the application of RGM practices
- The ability to build and develop best in class RGM BI tools that enables us to Set, Get and Keep price as well as to optimize mix and Trade Investments across the LAC region.
Responsibilities
- Drive bottom line results & Excellence in execution by delivering RGM insights based on complex data analytics that support business planning and implementations results process regarding Price to Consumer, Trade Investment and Promotional initiatives.
- Shape how the local marketing and commercial teams allocate resources by delivering bi tools that grant easy access to actionable insights within the global Trade Terms & Promotion Optimization frameworks
- Support the implementation of RGM initiatives across the clusters that deliver incremental EFO to budget, by with analyses & tools and consistently reporting KPIs progress for regional leadership teams
- Expand RGM reach to all levels of commercial and marketing teams, by delivering the analyses that identify regional best practices to be recognized by leadership team
- Create RGM discipline by monthly monitoring price to consumer and causes of variation in topline (Price, Volume, Mix), updating regional BI tools and bringing insights into impacts on the marketing strategy and gross margin, promoting recommendations and action plans to the clusters within regional results review process.
Skills and Experience
- 3-5 years of experience working for FMCG and multinational companies
- Experience in Revenue Growth Management or in analytical areas of Customer Marketing, Commercial Intelligence, Sales Finance, combining advanced analytical skills with an understanding of the big picture
- Experience in designing and developing BI tools that gather information from multiple and complex data sources and deliver actionable insights that are easy to access and update
- Experience in presenting complex internal (P&L) and external (eg Nielsen) analyses to leadership teams in recurring and adhoc agendas
- Experience in delivering RGM analyses and recommendations to multidisciplinary commercial and finance teams
- Graduation in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Finance - Post desirable
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
- Analytical profile, with clear and action-oriented communication
- Ability to deliver tangible results upon high-level goals
- A team player that also deals well with introspective tasks that require a high level of concentration
