About the role

Help our Incubation Brands Marketing Team build the most loved craft spirit brands of the future, creating content to tell our stories and connect with consumers around the world.

Your Opportunity

We need to help consumers discover our amazing brands, tell their stories, build connection, and nurture brand love. To do this, we’re launching a new internal social content studio, and we’re looking for creative, entrepreneurial makers and doers to join the team. Content creation sits at the heart of this role, but you’ll be getting involved in a range of projects encompassing campaigns and brand development. As part of a new and expanding team, you’ll help to set our approach and direction. We offer flexible working so you're likely to be based in our Spitalfields, London office 2-3 days a week and the rest working from home. About You 

You've got some experience, perhaps as a mid-weight designer, videographer or budding art director. You've got the skills to produce brilliant social content for a range of beautiful, premium spirits. Brimming with ideas, and the drive and talent to bring them to life, you’ve got an eye for thumb-stopping content. You’ll be part of a small team so we’re looking for a combo of great communication and teamwork, and a proactive, independent approach to delivering work.


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Creating and designing high-quality, engaging creative assets for social media
  • Collaborating on creative production with partners and agencies
  • Supporting the development of social media strategy and content strategy, working with the social media manager, digital marketing manager and brand teams
  • Working in a dynamic and fast paced environment, where an adaptable, scrappy mindset is a plus
  • Keeping ahead of the latest content trends and features
  • Working across a selection of amazing, growing brands such as Aberfeldy, St Germain, Santa Teresa, Angel’s Envy and Teeling

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Digital asset production including graphic design, video editing and some photography
  • Knowledge of how to make great content for social media, including the variety of channels and formats
  • Ability to contribute to the full creative process from developing ideas to producing content
  • Ideally, understanding of premium/luxury audiences and/or the food and drinks industry
