About the role

- You are solution-oriented with fantastic attention to detail, great listening skills and a proactive approach to anticipating business hiring needs
Responsibilities
- Delivering brilliant services throughout the entire hiring lifecycle from taking role briefings, reviewing & editing Globally Reflective role profiles, reviewing & assessing applications, interviewing & coordinating stakeholder interviews, providing candidate feedback through the offer and contract & creation stage and conducting onboarding sessions.
- Be instrumental in creating incredible Hiring Manager and Primo experiences, building trust and confidence in recruitment services amongst your stakeholders.
- Identify, put forward and facilitate innovative candidate assessment and evaluation tools.
- Deliver seamless global talent search services and projects as part of the Bacardi Executive Search Team
- Proactively identify potential challenges and possible solutions to hiring needs and challenges across the business including building talent pipelines for critical and high-volume roles.
- Identify opportunities for projects and process improvement
Skills and Experience
- Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Labour Relations or similar.
- Minimum one year of experience in Recruitment.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to create an outstanding candidate experience.
- Exceptional organisation skills and close attention to detail.
- Authentic approach and listening skills to manage stakeholder’s expectations in relation to service levels and delivery timelines.
- Willingness to collaboratively work with teams across different geographies and cultures.
- Fluency in English & Italian is a must, any other EU language is an asset.
- Authentic, approachable, open and inclusive style of work.
- Capacity and interest in working with a diverse, geographically dispersed team across multiple time zones.
- Tenacity and resilience to work through challenging hiring needs and competing agendas in high demand/high-speed situations.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to anticipate challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Rigour in the execution of recruitment activities and able to deliver with brilliance at pace.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and flex approach as required.
- Strengths in building trusting relationships and influencing in a compelling way such that BES becomes the preferred partner for business operations at Bacardi.
