About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the DART and the advancing analytics agenda
- Interpret, evaluate, and develop integrated business analyses into strategic decision-making
- Leading projects and coordinating with other teams to produce better business outcomes
- Analyze and interpret data to create actionable insights and compelling stories
- Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes
- Become an expert in all internal and relevant external data sources
- Ensure a high rate of communication is maintained with the commercial and financial support structures
- Help move the organization into the predictive and prescriptive advanced analytics space
- Act as the centralized resource for analytics and ad-hoc based projects across the organization
- Provide data driven insights to support key business routines
- Help drive the development of standardized tools and reports across
- Continue collaboration with CBUs, Customer Marketing, Operations and Finance colleagues
- Support critical workstreams and efforts for across Bacardi USA
- Provide ad hoc analytical support for key business initiatives at SLT/ALT/GLT and functional level
- Help the team on internal and external Data transformation initiatives
- Determine metrics and build models to establish priorities, set benchmarks and track performance against goals and LY performance
- Aid in developing unique and novel tools, scorecards, reports, etc. to complement existing reporting solutions
Skills and Experience
- Strong Analytical background, technical skills, and data savvy
- Data analysis – Must have proficiency with Analytics tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, Tableau, PowerBI, SQL)
- Healthy internal & external working relationships
- Expert in modelling and understanding large and complex data sets into useful information and insights
- Excellent judgment and ability to manage details yet see the bigger picture to ensure solutions alignment.
- Thought Leadership, Partnership, & Value Creation Mindset Mentality
- Ability to balance sense of urgency / timeliness with data/facts, but able to drive to timely decisions efficiently
- Strong Communication Skills - written, verbal, presentation

- Ability to engage and motivate all internal and external partners
- High intellectual curiosity and learning agility
