About the role

As the Sr Analyst Business/Data Analytics, you will actively support the expansion of our analytics platform, help drive the standardization of key routines and aid in the delivery of insights and analytics across the organization. You will support business processes by driving their transparency and coordination across various stakeholders and departments. In addition, a pivotal responsibility will be to devise, perform and recommend various approaches to advanced analytics, customer engagement, and performance reviews across the organization. Finally, the Sr. Analyst, Business Analytics will play an important role in decision support by providing analytics with a recommended course of action to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

WITH OUR CONSUMERS AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:

  • Support the DART and the advanced analytics agenda
  • Interpret, evaluate, and develop integrated business analyses into strategic decision-making
  • Leading projects and coordinating with other teams to produce better business outcomes
  • Analyze and interpret data to create actionable insights and compelling stories
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes
  • Become an expert in all internal and relevant external data sources
  • Ensure a high rate of communication is maintained with the commercial and financial support structures
  • Help move the organization into the predictive and prescriptive advanced analytics space
  • Act as the centralized resource for analytics and ad-hoc based projects across the organization
  • Provide data-driven insights to support key business routines
  • Help drive the development of standardized tools and reports across
  • Continue collaboration with CBUs, Customer Marketing, Operations, and Finance colleagues
  • Support critical workstreams and efforts across Bacardi USA
  • Provide ad hoc analytical support for key business initiatives at SLT/ALT/GLT and functional level
  • Help the team with internal and external Data transformation initiatives
  • Determine metrics and build models to establish priorities, set benchmarks, and track performance against goals and LY performance
  • Aid in developing unique and novel tools, scorecards, reports, etc. to complement existing reporting solutions

Skills and Experience

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:
  • Bachelor’s degree in analytical and quantitative fields
  • Data analysis – High proficiency with Analytics and visualization tools (e.g. Microsoft Office, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Experience using data scripting languages (e.g SQL, Python, R, etc.) to analyze large-scale and complex data is a plus
  • Healthy internal & external working relationships
  • Expert in modeling and understanding large and complex data sets into useful information and insights
  • Excellent judgment and ability to manage details yet see the bigger picture to ensure solution alignment.
  • Thought Leadership, Partnership, & Value Creation Mindset Mentality
  • Ability to balance a sense of urgency/timeliness with data/facts, but able to drive timely decisions efficiently
  • Strong Communication Skills - written, verbal, presentation
  • Ability to work effectively across functions and organizational levels to achieve desired goals
