About the role

Your Opportunity

The Sr. Analyst, Digital Commerce Content will be the subject matter expert across all NAM workstreams related to Digital Commerce Content on retailer websites and D2C to develop & champion best practice. This role will work closely with our Key Account Mangers, Brand Teams, agencies and Performance Marketing teams. 

This role will have a counterpart in WEUR where best practice and synergies can be shared and developed. A great opportunity for anyone looking to build experience in eCommerce and performance marketing.

  • A solid understanding of the Digital Commerce ecosystem.  


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Digital Shelf Retailer Management & Syndication (20%)
    • Managing the day-to-day delivery of assets for Digital Commerce retail partners with which we have a direct relationship.  
    • Day to day management of syndication partners and their delivery of assets to other retailer endpoints 
    • Working with the Digital Transformation & Content Hub team to maximize the effectiveness of the Content Hub as a self-service tool for Digital Commerce. This will involve shaping the development roadmap for the platform. 
  • Digital Shelf Content Optimization (35%)
    • Work with NAM Digital Commerce agency OneSpace to optimize retailer Product Detail Pages to ensure that our brands are best in class when showing up online on the digital shelf 
    • Work with the Global Brand teams to develop the right digital content for Digital Commerce. This could be to launch new products, refresh existing SKUs or take advantage in new format opportunities on retailer platforms.
    • Ensuring that agency partners, upload and tag correctly all optimized content
  • Digital Shelf Performance Management (10%)
    • Management of EDGE Content Integrity scores in collaboration with KAMs to ensure that product pages have optimized content and are maximizing the retailer platform. 
  • Digital Performance Content (35%)
    • Coordinating assets on Portfolio/Occasion for Performance Marketing team & Customer Marketing Team.
    • Mange Brand Content for Performance Marketing & Customer Marketing.

  • Amazon Expertise & Experience: a sound understanding of the overall Amazon Retail ecosystem, technology providers, is desirable and a genuine passion for all things Amazon and Digital Commerce essential.  
  • Excellent Communication Skills: this is a connector role, so we are looking for a natural communicator and true collaborator, with excellent communication and presentation skills is essential 
  • Excellent Organization Skills: excellent attention to detail and ability to coordinate and prioritise across multiple workstreams, manage internal and external stakeholders to deliver work on time and to highest standards is essential. 
  • Digital Acumen: Role will involve being comfortable working on a variety of different technology platforms to automate and complete processes efficiently.
