YOUR OPPORTUNITY

This is a unique opportunity to deliver innovative people strategies that fearlessly propel the Primo agenda across the Americas whilst building deep partnerships at a global and local level.

You will play a vital role in helping to build the capability we need to deliver our Best 10 Years yet.

At the same time, you will be a critical partner for the Leadership Team in Puerto Rico, to deliver HR Operational Support across the full HR lifecycle.

ABOUT YOU

You will have a strong background in HR along with a track record of successful building and maintaining of stakeholder relationships.

You will need to manage and balance a matrix environment where different functions and teams will be competing for your time and attention.

You will have strong credibility and knowledge in all aspects of HR and associated laws and policies.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

·       Lead the HR agenda partnering with the Leadership Team on organizational design, culture & engagement, talent growth and development.

·       Be an instrumental business partner to Angel’s Envy, understanding the inner workings and needs of the business in order to seamlessly execute people strategies

·       Provide authentic and inclusive leadership. Be an open coach and mentor, to support the growth, history, culture, and heritage of the company.

·       Demonstrating and enabling excellence in HR Business Partnering and service delivery that creates an incredible Primo experience and builds trust, confidence and belief amongst your stakeholders

·       Deliver exceptional Talent Management support to Angel’s Envy leadership

·       Provide authentic and inclusive leadership. Be an open coach and mentor, to further support the growth, history, culture, and heritage of the company

·       Ensure the recruitment, engagement, and development of top talent across Angel’s Envy

·       Encourage strong values-based performance culture through rigorous performance management and incentives


Skills and Experience

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

·       The capability to quickly grow into an HR Leadership position

·       Broad HR generalist experience with a focus on organizational change and talent management

·       Experience in building and delivering effective people strategies

·       Inspiring and inclusive people leader with drive to continuously improve and develop capabilities within the organisation

·       Experience managing and influencing direct and reports and within a matrix organization

·       Understand and work collaboratively with business leaders to enable outstanding results

·       Strong negotiation and analytical skills

·       Excellent skills in building engagement and coaching

·       Experience in multiple areas of Human Resources preferred
