Responsibilities
- Collaborate with key account managers to develop channel-specific strategies across retail sales and on-premise accounts
- Develop and oversee the effective planning and execution at the digital point of purchase, including digital assets and content across retailer websites and eCommerce partners
- Leverage data sources and analysis to optimize eCommerce strategies and executions
- Develop and enhance customer relationships through customers’ eCommerce/Digital Marketing touchpoints, working in close collaboration with Sales Teams and Distributor partners
- Prioritize and develop omnichannel action plans for key commercial programs and initiatives
- Inspire and influence cross-functional teams to execute collaborative strategies, planning, programming analytics that increase Bacardi’s online and omnichannel share of voice, visibility, volume, and dollars across key customers
- Linked into brands across the portfolio to ensure customer and channel needs are captured in through-the-line solutions (full funnel approach)
- Drive channel objectives and inform retail media strategies including sponsored search, display, online programs, and digital offers
- Participate in the development and execution of strategic and tactical plans supporting the broader NAM Digital Commerce strategy
Skills and Experience
- 5 – 7 years of marketing with digital expertise and experience driving business strategy and commercial results
- Thorough understanding of the alcohol industry, RTM, customer and shopper needs, and the digital landscape to drive action and sales growth
- Strong analytical and financial skills with a proven ability to consume and understand data to get to clear results, attribution and optimization
- Experience influencing and developing cross-functional relationships both internally and externally: Brands, Performance Marketing, Finance, Customers, Legal/Regulatory, Agencies, CP&A, Sales, and Distributor Partners
- Ability to translate marketing and commercial objectives, and use insights to drive value, increase share, and build brand equity
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
