About the role


YOUR OPPORTUNITY

Help establish and lead the Global Performance Management Center of Excellence within BES, responsible for executing world class analysis to and communicating business performance to senior stakeholders.

ABOUT YOU

A business leader who can navigate in a dynamic environment and guide the team to meet key deliverables and help drive business performance across the organization.  This role requires strong Financial and Business Analysis skills and an understanding of key performance drivers, both a financial and commercial perspective.  You must have the ability to distil complex data into clear communications for Senior Stakeholders, including the Global Leadership Team and Board.  

Responsibilities


RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
  • Lead BES Performance Management Team in executing financial analysis frameworks, reports, and processes to uncover underlying business performance and drivers.

  • Coordinate and supervise development of executive-level reports, papers and presentations communicating current performance, forecast and key business performance insights.

  • Development of P&L and Cash Forecast for the organization.

  • Manage resource-allocation, timelines, requests, and demands of the function.

  • Support annual dynamic planning process for the organization.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in an accounting consulting firm is preferred.

  • Highly organized, energetic, detail and deadline-oriented leader.

  • Ability to identify key issues, analyse for problem solving and prioritize efforts to ensure timely/quality results and delivery.

  • Ability to distil complex data and trends and present insights in a compelling way into actions.

  • Strong written and oral communication with ability to develop executive-level communications.

  • Ability to interact, relate and influence stakeholders across the organization at all levels and functions. 

  • Ability to cultivate talented groups of people and collaborate with multiple teams; develop, motivate, and lead team members.

  • Strong project management and general management skills. 

  • Deep understanding of BEST10 strategy to support meeting company strategic objectives; strategic planning ability

  • Ability to perform under a high level of responsibility and pressure.

  • Commercial awareness and understanding of relevant business environments.
