About the role

As Sr. Manager HR, you will be accountable for HR Operations and also partner with key function on core people and culture topics. You will help drive the global and regional focus HR initiatives by partnering with business leaders. You will ensure that all key HR processes are implemented thoroughly, and all the statutory regulations are in place. Creating value through driving sales and leading & developing a strong team for LHA. You will help drive people and culture initiatives to ensure Bacardi India continues to be an Employer of choice in the industry. Your deep understanding of HR best practices, ability to develop a strategic relationship with business leaders and ability to connect with employees will be key to your success in this role.
  • You will be responsible to handle HR operations topic for the company 
  • You will partner with business leaders to drive all key focus people and culture topics
  • You will ensure best in class practices are in place to support implementation of all requisite HR statutory requirements
  • You will be responsible to drive strong employee engagement in your area of responsibility
This role is varied and while based in Gurgaon, a large percentage of your time will be interacting with the key business leaders, employees and HR vendors. A reasonable amount of travel is expected to stay connected with all stakeholders.

  • Deliver on key HR metrics
  • Establish robust processes for HR operation
  • Help drive high employee engagement scores
  • Establish processes for budget monitoring to ensure optimization
  • Ensure excellence in execution of key people & culture initiatives
  • Develop a robust HR analytics framework to help the business in key people decisions
Develop talent and capability 
  • Implement learning  and development plans for your team
  • Train and coach your team
  • Be the ‘talent broker “ for your business vertical
  • Input into decisions related to key talents for your business vertical
Create a winning team
  • Work with colleagues and team members to build a shared sense of purpose
  • Align all employees behind the targets and create a passion for winning in the organization
  • Recognize & Reward accomplishments and behaviors in a timely manner

Critical experiences for success

To be successful in this role you will have/be: 
  • Experienced HR generalist with good exposure in all key functional topics – HR business partnering, C&B , Talent management
  • Experienced in handling HR operations ; personnel budget planning, execution of HR rewards processes, leveraging C&B philosophy in attracting and retaining best talents
  • Proven track record of HR business partnering
  • Managing all processes to ensure that the company is complaint to all necessary statutory regulatory frameworks
  • Establish HR analytics framework to ensure future ready HR strategy
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage/work with various stakeholders
  • Exposure in Talent management strategies
The following experiences are preferred:
  • HR operation experience
  • Strong experience in HR business partnering roles 
  • Experience within one or more companies that have an established reputation for best in class Human Resources and Talent Management practices 
  • Experience in handling large scale organization change processes
  • Employer branding, leveraging social media to attract best talent
  • Experience in handling HR statutory regulation related topics
