About the role

Your Opportunity

As a Sr. Manager – National RGM, you will be responsible for identifying and realizing opportunities to optimize pricing specifically for our Patròn portfolio brands.  This position will collaborate closely with the commercial leaders and distributor partners in each region, while also performing the rigorous analysis required to generate quality insights for this dynamic and fast-growing business.  

About You 

Ideal candidates for this role will have a strong technical foundation in pricing and revenue growth management, while also possessing the ability to collaborate with business teams and manage complexity and deadlines.  

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Liaising with Patròn Commercial Teams and Distributor Finance Teams to ensure that all Patròn brand pricing structures (by market) are fully understood and documented
  • Ensure that LMF bank dynamics related to pricing in each market, are fully understood and documented
  • Ensure that CBU Finance Directors (FD's) have the information and knowledge required to support Patròn brand pricing decisions/actions with relevant distributors on a go-forward basis
  • Ensure that ways of working between Patròn Regional Analysts and CBU FD’s are clear and well documented, and that appropriate communication and change management steps are being taken to facilitate the integration
  • Ensure that appropriate business controls related to Patròn brand pricing (price change approvals, LMF bank reconciliations, etc.) are put in place and executed on a go-forward basis
  • Oversee the execution of Patròn price increases over the next 18-24 month period
  • Support post-PI business performance assessments (tracking and monitoring impacts) and further opportunity identification and optimization

  • Solid Financial Acumen, strong Analytical background, technical skills, data savvy, ability to execute strategies in market appropriately
  • Knowledge and comfort of working with price structures, BUSA and distributor partner relationships and ways of working, and commercial realities.
  • High comfort modelling and understanding large and complex data sets into useful information and insights
  • Good judgment and ability to manage granular details yet see the bigger picture to ensure solutions alignment
  • Ability to understand and influence decision making, especially commercial decisions
  • Ability to balance sense of urgency / timeliness with data/facts, but able to drive to timely decisions efficiently
  • Strong Communication Skills - written, verbal, presentation
  • Ability to work effectively across functions and organizational levels to achieve desired goals
  • Solid coach and people leader, to guide and support multiple stakeholders and serve as a positive influence throughout the organization.
