About the role
Responsibilities
Functions and Responsibilities:
Market analysis:
Ad hoc analysis of brand performances
Report market trends, competition activities (campaign, launches)
Internal&external communications:
Internal: monthly newsletter communications to all the primos
Help on presentations
External: contact with agencies, development of communication media and events
Marketing plan:
Identify new trends, new opportunities for the brand
Contribute to the creation and support of key marketing campaigns
Influencer plan: support the operational management of the project (planning, implementation, amplification)
1PD: support the 1pd plan in the planning and execution phases
Sampling: support on the development and roll-out of the trial plan
Support with daily activities, development of analyzes, website, online activations
Monitor expenses and budget
Skills and Experience
· Interest over Cocktails and Aperitivo industry
· Strong analytical skills is a must (excellent knowledge of Excel)
· Comfortable with data management
· Business and consumer curiosity
· Open to learn and face new challenges
· Problem solving and result driven
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Effective communication skills, enthusiasm and proactive attitude
· Excellent organizational skills
· Ability to adapt to a multicultural environment
· Ability to work independently as well as have a collaborative nature to work in a team environment
· Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration or similar field. A post graduate degree is a plus and any exposure or experience (in a previous internship) in business intelligence, Marketing would be ideal.
