About the role

WHAT DOES A Store Coordinator DO?

Perform detailed sales work, offering a personalized customer experience, sharing product and garment recommendations.
The role continually seeks to improve and simplify our processes by playing a key role so that the store team can focus and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
  • Make sale of suggested product and garments, offering recommendations of launches, seasonal products, or special sales to customers.
  • Receive customers, offering a timely and effective customer service, achieving a unique experience in the consumer where it is possible to identify their consumption preference.
  • Approve inventories when product enters or leaves the warehouse, generating total control over the merchandise.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with the Controlling area, in order to identify the exact dates and times for the entry and exit of the product.
  • Manage point of sale, where transactions will be made that will guarantee payments in a timely manner at the time of buying products in the store.
  • Perform terminal closure at the end of the day, squaring the cutting quantities. Keep a clear and precise control in databases.
  • Management of Point Of Sales, organize and control all the information generated during the purchases and sales that are made.
  • Send and distribute the merchandise according to the orders generated by the Bacardi website, guaranteeing excellent logistics, so that the consumer can take a complete experience

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum experience of 2 years in sales to customers.
  • Taste and attitude for sales.
  • Taste for customer service..
