About the role

Your Opportunity

You will be part of the Global Strategic Insights and Analytics team who guide the development of our Global Iconic Brands and key Markets around the world. Reporting to the VP of Insights Global for Global Brands.

You will be the project Manager for the Global Consumer tracker and the Agile Insights Platform, supporting the Global Brands Insights team to provide deep and actionable insights based on consumer data.

This is about leaving a legacy of passion for consumer insights that delivers a lasting emotional connection with our consumers to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be:

Bacardi Consumer Consumption Tracker
  • To align key deliverables and timings for Markets and Global Brand Teams.
  • Lead the weekly Project Management Status Call with Metrix Lab
  • Receive and special request from the Markets and Brands and brief ML accordingly
  • Share Best Practices and Learnings across the SIA Global team
Agile Consumer Insights Platform
  • To align key deliverables and timings for Markets and Global Brand Teams.
  • Lead the Project Management with the selected Vendor

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • You have led transformational growth through category and consumer insight
  • You are skilled in using data to help senior stakeholders make tough decisions. Highly skilled in synthesizing data from multiple sources and distilling crisp, tangible and meaningful business insights
  • You have conducted consumer analytics projects at a global, regional, and local level
  • Experience in a broad range of quantitative and qualitative research methods and ability to apply them pragmatically to business issues is desirable
  • Drinks experience is desirable.
