About the role
Responsibilities
- You will have in depth knowledge & understanding of Power BI as a developer, and will lead the migration and development to Power BI analytics for the Region, driving engagement & operational excellence
- Create, develop & continually enhance Power BI analytics covering all Supply Chain areas of: Service, Forecast, Inventory & Cost/Efficiency, Production efficiency aligned to the global/regional strategy. Reports and dashboards that provide at-a-glance visuals while providing actionable insights
- Provide training & development to all primos to ensure regular use of Supply Chain Analytics suite
- Review and analyze current methodology and processes to uncover opportunities in the supply chain process that can be improved
- Develop and execute projects to enhance supply chain operations
- Collaborate with IT partners to implement effective systems
- Provide excellent service to all Bacardi Supply Chain business partners
Skills and Experience
- Strategic ‘future forward’ thinker & continuous improvement mindset – technologically & solution minded
- Interest in data analysis and forecasting tools, with the ability to uncover and drive actionable insights from data
- Demonstrated use of analytical, collaborative problem solving & negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of inventory management, supply chain, and logistics as a differentiator
- Highly skilled at processing multiple data sources into actionable dashboards and insights
- Experience in improving business via continuous improvement process and incorporation of available systems technologies.
- Experience of 2-3 years in the FMCG, Spirits, or broader beverage alcohol industry in roles of business analytics preferred
- Experience with SAP, BOA, advance analytics in Excel or similar platform, Power BI
- Bachelor’s degree in Data science, Applied mathematics and computer science, supply chain management, logistics, business management or related fields
- Language skills: Fluent English
