About the role
Responsibilities
- Person in charge to manage all communications and interaction between 3rd party agencies including customs agency and logistics company
- Person in charge to liaise between Bacardi Korea and Regional supply chain
- Point of contact with KCS (Korea customs service) and KFDA for any communications and logistics related issues
- In charge for PO creation, customer data creation, supplier and material master creation, sample order creation, sample order release, distribution to customers (delivery), local inventory management through SAP and WMS
- Replenishment order to Global Supply Chain and maintain optimal stock level based on sales forecast to stay optimized in terms of cash flow.
- Closely working with 3rd party logistics and update stock list regularly and cross check between SAP and WMS
- Outsourced warehouse management and update POSM stock list.
- Effective and clear communication with Global Supply Chain regarding PO, shortage, credit note, stock transfer, and all stock related issue.
- Evaluate proper stock level and proceed customs clearance without delay and meet legal requirement. cooperate with customs agency and share duty tax related news & information.
- Lead tendering and contract agreement initiatives with logistics providers and customs agency
- Monitor and report the legislation changes, with reference to packaging, labelling and certification align with local legal requirements
- Coordinate internally and with distribution partners to conduct S&OP on a regular basis
- Manage monthly end closing of 3PL, customs agency, and logistics operational suppliers including packaging
- Manage local customer agency and conduct bidding process
- Communicate global SQS(safety, Quality and Sustainability) team and customer service team to manage customer complaints process
- Owner of establishing Bacardi Korea’s supply chain foundation together with Global and Regional supply chain
Skills and Experience
- Proficient in supply chain issues within an integrated planning environment
- High learning agility, adaptability, and track record of exceptional results
- Results oriented change agent with analytical skills
- Determination to succeed in a new environment whilst building sustainable relations with own team and customers
- Experience in other departments such as Sales or Finance are most welcome
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Business management or related field
- FMCG, beverage or alcoholic beverage company experience is preferred
- Over 8 years of relevant experiences in supply chain
- Fluent Korean and English language capability required
- Experience is using SAP required
