About the role

Your Opportunity

This critical role within AMEA Supply Chain is the front line of our customer relationship in Vietnam. As part of the Operations team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end flow of goods from our manufacturing facilities to our Vietnam customers, ensuring on time in full delivery per SLA and within supply chain targets, monitoring orders, logistics, demand, and supply planning. The role offers exposure to international supply chains and a global supply footprint, manufacturing, planning, and innovation processes.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Receive customer orders, create, and execute Sales orders in SAP, ensure on-time and in full effective customers order processing and billing, and ensures the order to cash process is in line with service level agreement. 
  • Manage 3rd party inventory through company contracted Warehouse, making sure that the inbound, outbound, storage and reporting by 3PL is complaint with Bacardi warehousing policies and SLA in the contract.
  • Participates in the credit control process, supporting finance and area managers to ensure that credit checks are performed, and orders are released on time. Support month/quarter/year-end financial reconciliation process on inventory and revenue recognition.
  • Own and run an efficient S&OP process in Vietnam, Collate, analyze, align and submit sales forecast post Demand review meeting. Prepare and submit monthly replenishment plan for the copacker.
  • Communicate, align, and update the manufacturing (internal, external) locations supply partners about new products, forecast changes, order adjustments pro-actively. Inform local business about foreseen product shortage identifying root causes and look for mitigations, always ensuring trading and compliance rules are followed.
  • Control the 3PL warehousing and logistics cost within the budgeted costs. 
  • Prepare reports, and lead local meetings related to inventory, open orders, new product introduction, supply chain costs, KPIs, demand & supply, S&OP, production allocation

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or Logistics
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Supply chain – demand & supply planning, Customer service or Logistics/warehousing, with at least 2 years in Customer service domain.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ECC, APO, BI and MS office with advanced excel skills.  APICS and IBF certifications are a great plus
  • In depth understanding of Order to Cash, Inventory to Fulfil and Forecast to Stock processes 
  • English and Vietnamese fluent languages require
  • Experienced in forming and maintaining productive and collaborative relationship with internal and external Stakeholders from all hierarchical level
