About the role


This is a great opportunity to join global travel retail as there is strong demand for travel and shopping and if you want to be part of our APAC team and play an important role in our organization.

You will play a major role in adding value driving the Sales & Operations Planning process for the region, ultimately helping Bacardi to deliver against our BEST10 growth aspirations to support sales.


You are skilled at consistently building deep, trusting partnership with sales, finance, customers, marketing, and leaders.

Supply Analyst 
  • Manage replenishment plan for APAC warehouses, place replenishment orders and follow up on shipment status; escalate potential risks and delays
  • Understand route to markets, MOQs and Leadtime’s with plants and customers
  • Communicate to regional sales team and customer service on out of stocks risks and issues, root causes and resolution timing in promptly manner
  • Monitor allocation of limited products, communicate on status
  • Focus on reducing days inventory and working capital by analysing safety stocks and non-performing stocks
  • Follow up Slow mover/No mover stocks and take relevant actions to deplete those. Seek for solutions
  • Identify write-offs risks and root causes and set action plan to reduce/avoid and monitor. Seek for solutions
  • Ensure any issues / alerts are raised promptly with sales/customers to avoid those
  • Single point of contact for local VAP packs

Demand Analyst
  • Manage key internal and external stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Customers and Finance) to get a collaborative and consensus forecast at IPC / Customer level.
  • Analyse current business, demand trends, and predict future trends for middle and longer-term horizon (24 months)
  • Ensure that plans are established, monitored, and reviewed to guarantee an efficient and timely distribution of products to customers and secure stock availability
  • Conduct forecast data submissions in system following the global S&OP and forecasting calendar
  • Improve forecasting techniques and method to increase forecast accuracy indicators (BIAS, TISP)
  • Build visibility between financial target and volume sales plan and support the financial team in the financial cycle and clearly report risks and opportunities to the business through the demand planning process.
  • Collaborate with sales to understand customers’ data and understand their ordering patterns
  • Analyse all data to ensure that sales forecasts are realistic (historical sales, market trends, seasonality, promotions, customer data (inventories, depletions, forecasts) and challenge Regional Sales Managers about inconsistencies.
  • Support the regional GTR Supply and Demand Planner / Supply Chain Manager in the monthly meetings
  • Maintain/adjust/create documentation and standard operating procedures for demand planning processes and systems

Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of processes within operations (finance, manufacturing, packaging, supply chain, markets and central marketing).
  • Business savvy and a good understanding of the consumer & customers’ needs. 
  • Ability to influence, market, regional and central teams.
  • Demonstrate accountability and capability to work independently with confidence to ask for support when required.
  • Ability to find effective ways of working within a matrix organization, and within a fast-changing environment. 
  • Administration skills and extreme attention to detail.
  • Managing stakeholder expectations in relation to delivery & execution.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with teams across different geographies and cultures.
  • Language Requirements: English is essential, Mandarin/Chinese is a strong asset.
  • Excellent creative thinking skills with emphasis on developing innovative solutions to complex problems that may not have one clear answer. 
  • Knowledge of SAP, APO and demand planning technology and decision support tools
