About the role

What does a Supply Planning Senior Analyst do?

The Supply Planning Senior Analyst is responsible for Finished Goods planning to satisfy national and export demand in line with the S&OP and aligned safety stock policy. The Supply Planner works with local production third party co-packers and Bacardi Global Operations Centers to ensure supply for the Brazil domestic market and global export demand for locally produced brands.     

This role is also responsible for raw material planning and coordination of all locally produced products.  The analyst will drive the process to plan and proactively follow up with all suppliers to ensure material readiness in line with scheduled production. 

The Supply Planning Senior Analyst will drive a SAP systems-based planning process, ensure continuous improvement in ways of work and support critical projects from the LAC Operations Center to ensure a lean and agile supply chain.

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be:
  • Drive the end-to-end Finished goods and raw materials planning process
  • Ensure finished goods stock and raw materials in line with S&OP and scheduled production  
  • Strong follow up and Coordination with national and international suppliers
  • Actively participate in new product development (INNOVAP process);
  • Drive alignment between Bacardi requirements and 3rd party co-packer partners for Finished goods production / Master Production Schedule (MPS)
  • Create and control Material Requirement Planning (MRP) for Bacardi Brazil;
  • Resolve short/medium term supply constraints (ex. quality, technical…) to deliver products as agreed (Finished goods, Value added packs etc.)
  • Manage the inventory projection of finished goods and raw materials (volume, cost) to ensure warehouse capacity
  • Actively participate in the monthly supply review process with plants to identify capacity or other risks and put in place mitigation plans
  • Supply KPI’s controls (e.g DIOH, BIAS).
  • Drive continuous improvement projects to improve efficiencies throughout the process
