About the role

YOUR OPPORTUNITY
This global role will be responsible for the customer service and developments of initiatives to improve the current processes.

The T&E professional should become knowledgeable of the T&E End to End process, including CITIBANK, Concur, TMC (CWT).

We work very close to the Human Resources and Finance teams around the world, making the role a high exposure position.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

    • Support the Concur accountants on troubleshooting of errors with the different systems including Concur, CITIBANK, CWT.

    • Follow up and troubleshoot the open items of prim@s on SAP accounts to ensure they are clear.

    • Identify opportunities areas on the current process done by all T&E Team and co-lead the implementation of action plans to implement the improvements.

    • Troubleshoot the errors of IDOCs and work to correct the root causes.

    • Become a T&E Expert understanding the T&E end to end process.

    • Influence the prim@s to follow the correct procedures and policies. 

    • Ensure all process 100% documented.

    Skills and Experience

    SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
    • Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Accounting
    • Excellent English level
    • Accountable skills
    • Previous experience with SAP
    • Previous experience in Shared Services environment
    • Proof experience in process improvement
    • Excellent customer service.
    • T&E Experience is preferred
