About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment and selection team for the execution of the personnel supply strategy, guaranteeing compliance with established procedures and policies.
- Work with the compensation and human development team to improve, implement and/or develop recruitment strategies, as well as career plan strategies within the company that allow the acceleration of internal promotion processes.
- Work with internal clients to develop effective planning processes for recruitment processes, ensuring follow-up at each stage of the process to keep coverage times under the established goal.
- Maintain continuous communication with suppliers (socioeconomic, recruitment agencies, Head Hunters, BOT) to give continuity to the recruitment strategy and vacancy coverage according to the plan, costs and established contract.
- Perform analysis of database information on the BOT platform to drive efficiency, decision-making and hiring practices.
- Generate and update recruitment metrics and indicators that allow decision making to direct the correct strategy and guarantee the adequate performance of the recruitment team.
- Supervise and monitor candidate databases, ensuring that all candidates and applicants are properly tracked and availability of information and candidate portfolio is maintained.
- Maintain a solid network of contacts with government and educational entities (SNE, Economic Promotion, City Hall, Municipal Presidents, Universities, etc.) in the region for supply and hiring potential.
- Identify the best contracting practices in the market and continuous improvement activities to help optimize and standardize our processes.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum experience of 4 years in Talent Acquisition Process / Recruitment and Selection & Team management.
- Minimum experience of 4 years in Project Manager.
- Advanced Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point.).
- Advanced knowledge in Competency-based interview technique for personnel selection & Staff selection techniques: Assessment Center, Role Playing, Panel Interview, etc.
- Intermedia knowledge in ERP for Personnel Administration & Statistic analysis
- Team Worker, Effective Communicator.
- Efficient adaptation to change, with great innovation and results-oriented.
- You must be a person capable of planning and have an excellent organization.
- Being able to resolve conflicts, negotiate, analyze problems and make decisions
