About the role

Your Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to be part of our newly created Enterprise Services Team to support Talent Search activities across the Globe
You will build deep partnerships at a global and local level across Bacardi to understand resourcing and hiring needs and provide Talent Search support to a multitude of stakeholders 
You will play a vital role in helping to build our Talent Pools and internal succession strength to help Bacardi deliver against our BEST10 growth ambitions.

Speed, action and organization define your approach as you navigate multiple high priority Talent Search projects 
You are solution oriented with fantastic attention to detail, great listening skills and a proactive approach to anticipating business hiring needs.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be
  • Provide hands on operational Talent Search support across Bacardi in support of our significant growth and expansion plans
  • Taking the lead on the whole hiring lifecycle from taking role briefings, reviewing & editing Globally Reflective role profiles, reviewing & assessing applications, interviewing & coordinating stakeholder interviews, providing candidate feedback through the offer and contract creation stage. At each point, ensuring close attention to detail and brilliant delivery leveraging Avature as a critical enabling system
  • Be instrumental in creating incredible Hiring Manager and Primo experiences, building trust, confidence and belief in Bacardi Enterprise Services (BES) amongst your stakeholders
  • Identify, put forward and facilitate innovative candidate assessment and evaluation tools to support with finding the best talent we need to support our business strategy e.g. Sonru Video Interviewing
  • Elevate our roles and social media presence through channels such as LinkedIn and our Careers site – attracting fantastic Globally Reflective talent and supporting our employer branding philosophy #morethanwork: ‘when you join Bacardi you join the family and get so much more than a job’
  • Support BEST (Bacardi Executive Search Team) in the delivery of seamless Global Talent Search activities and projects that create incredible hiring experiences across Bacardi
  • Proactively identify potential challenges and possible solutions to hiring needs and challenges across the business including building talent pipelines for critical and high volume roles 
  • Identify opportunities for projects and process improvement to support BES and the business in delivering the Best Talent to support our business strategy

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Background in Talent Search, HR Shared Services or a field with similar transferable skills would be highly advantageous in addition to experience recruiting sales, technical and operations talent 
  • Skilled in business partnering, managing projects and ways of working in a Global Shared Services environment 
  • Strong digital savvy and familiarity with talent attraction and acquisition systems & tools For example: Avature, LinkedIn, Glassdoor & Instagram including experience with social & paid media 
  • Able to collaborate to understand hiring needs and complex hiring challenges across Bacardi, demonstrating exceptional listening skills and ability to translate into simple hiring project plans 
  • Skilled in managing multiple fast paced, high volume and complex recruitment initiatives demonstrating exceptional organization skills and close attention to detail. 
  • Ability to take role briefings that will help you find, attract, evaluate and hire the best talent to support our business strategy
  • Authentic approach to managing stakeholders’ expectations in relation to service levels and delivery timelines
  • Willingness to collaboratively work with teams across different geographies and cultures
  • Language Requirements: English & Spanish or Italian/French fluency at minimum, other European languages desirable
