About the role

Your Opportunity

You will be part of the Global Strategic Insights and Analytics team who guide the development of our Global Iconic Brands and key Markets around the world. Reporting to the VP of Insights Global for Global Brands.

You will be the team coordination for the Global SIA team, responsible for budget tracking, preferred vendors relationship and the Global SIA Share Point / TEAMS library.
This is about supporting the team to have a more effective and common approach to store and share projects and learnings among the whole SIA community.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Budget Tracking and Preferred Vendor Relationships
  • Create, and Follow-up Purchase Order’s (PO’s) within the Global SIA Budget, ensuring compliance with Finance Processes.
  • Set-up and Manage New Vendors and Preferred Vendors in compliance with Finance and Procurement Processes.
SIA Share Point / TEAM Library Management
  • Develop a Standard Process to store and share documents, key meeting recordings and other key documents within a Single online tool that ensure availability for everyone.
Team Coordinator
  • Support the Global Team meetings (twice a year in person / quarterly remotely) to coordinate agendas, set the venue and some social gatherings within the SIA team.
  • Assist with some travel coordination and Expenses Reports.

Skills and Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, Teams and iCloud tools.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Genuine curiosity and desire to learn about data and analytics applied to marketing.

  • A natural desire to build and nurture great relationships across a range of stakeholders – both internally and externally
