About the role

Your Opportunity

Reporting to the Procurement to Payment Supervisor, the PTP Team lead will support the buying centre organization leading the relationship with internal customers, managing metrics, and given support to projects to improve the processes that we have in PTP.

The team lead will work cross-functionally across all Bacardi departments to route and close all escalated issues.

About You 

We are looking for a leader capable to support different internal and external customers as well as drive efficient solutions to multiple teams.


With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Perform monthly market reviews to share results and discuss the PTP KPIS to define and implement action plans for improvement and compliance with Bacardi Polices
  • Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities within the Accounts Payable flow.
  • Have regular Let’s talk conversation with the team and support them with their career plans.
  • Lead calls and communication with internal and external users.
  • Provide functional expertise to the PTP organization and support other teams within AP
  • Drive results & excellence of the team to achieve our KPIS and ensure that the customer service is provided with excellence and professionalism.
  • Manage escalations and follow up to have all items resolved.
  • Participate in activities to drive process efficiency and develop different projects within the PTP organization to achieve Best10 Strategy.

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Experience in Accounts Payable with high knowledge in SAP, SRM, MDG and Taulia.
  • Customer Service oriented.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office.
  • Demonstrate a strong (and collaborative) leadership style that empowers the teamwork to achieve desired outcomes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Good organizational skills to facilitate structure and distribution of tasks among the team.
