About the role

Your Opportunity

In this role you will be accountable for creating value through driving revenue and developing strategic relationships with key customers in the Off Trade channel. You will create the legacy of Bacardi and drive key decisions that will significantly affect Bacardi’s presence in the market. Your deep commercial knowledge and ability to develop strategic relationships and collaborative think will be key to your success in this role. 

About You 
  • Experienced account executive at least 4 years, with expertise in managing accounts or Key Account Customers in a leading FMCG company, with solid commercial skills; with proven experience.
  • People management experience including proven coaching abilities and leadership abilities to create a collaborative high performing team strong track record of performance in Commercial. Proven analytical, planning, communication, and negotiation skills. 

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Deliver results and excellence in execution, through a deep understanding of channel and customer dynamics, trends, and needs. 
  • Set a Sell-Out mindset within his/her team.
  • Comply with sales objectives in each customer
  • Develop and manage the sales plan for his/her clients based on the delivery of business priorities.
  • Manage the performance of the territory on monthly /quarterly basis, working with the clients to guarantee delivery of the forecast and budget in line with Bacardi Targets,
  • Act as the leading contact with the client, creating effective long-term relationships with customers.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to seek input to improve products and services and solve day-to-day operational questions / problems.
  • Develop an effective way to work with the wholesalers, customer marketing and peers.
  • Align and set clear priorities for brand activation and commercial activities while managing assigned budget within his/her area. 
  • Develop and Measure and Evaluation (M&E) culture within the Team.
  • Analyse market trends to identify business opportunities.in order to create a efficient Trade Strategy to develop the new way of working with our customers

  • Experience managing Key Account Customers in a leading FMCG company 
  • Solid commercial acumen
  • People management experience including proven coaching abilities and leadership abilities to create a collaborative high performing team.
  • Strong track record of performance in Commercial
  • Proven analytical, planning, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Effective use of networking and strong interpersonal skills
  • First-hand field sales experience
  • Demonstrate proactivity, initiative, and determination (always work with sense of urgency)
  • Proficiency in English and fluent in Spanish.
  • Trade Strategy experience
