About the role

As part of the IT Team based in Saint Denis your mission will be to deliver Tech Support for French Primos accross french sites (local or remote support) related to end User computing support / Networking - Software/Hardware Incidents & requests...

We have around 500 users to support including 3rd parties



Integrated into the IT support team, you will evolve in an international environment in contact with English / Greek and Italian teams. You’ll be in charge  :
  • End User Support Level 1 & 2 for approx. 500 users based in France & Greece
  • End User Support locally or remotely via remote control tool
  • Set & Repair Mailboxes
  • Accounts management & rights management
  • Installation / repair laptops / desktops /printers  / Smartphones / Tablets
  • Mailbox synch on Mobile devices appareil mobile (IPhone / IPAD) 
  • Local LAN Support  (brewing , TCP/IP management)
  • Management of the follow-up of incident tickets from diagnosis to resolution, ensuring user satisfaction and compliance with SLAs Inventory management 
  • support Microsoft Teams Rooms (Videoconference) 
  • Report & Escalate incidents to Level 3 Supports 
  • Management of mobile telephony park

Skills and Experience

Skills : Above all, you are motivated and enthusiastic about joining our team. You have good listening skills and a sense of service. In addition, a good command of computer tools, a sense of organization and autonomy will be the qualities necessary to succeed in this mission.
