You are a thought leader in the digital and ecommerce space, delivering feedback and insights that helps drive innovation. You are a skilled manager, capable of working with multiple teams and functions to execute strategies with the common goal of reaching our customer and consumers in effective ways. Due to the disruptive and innovative nature of digital products and ecommerce, you are responsive to change and can navigate ambiguity easily.

Responsibilities

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be to:
  • Partner with marketing, digital marketing, and digital commerce stakeholders to develop best in class platform capabilities and evolve strategic regional / functional roadmap(s)
  • Bring knowledge (thought leadership) on current disruptive trends and technologies. Propose innovative solutions to transform how Bacardi executes in the marketplace
  • Lead and deliver B2B Digital Commerce platform enablement and integrations with partners across the region
  • Lead and/or facilitate solution design workshops with key stakeholders to provide analysis and solution design expertise
  • Serve as a Product Owner – manage product functionality release, manage backlog, document acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain and communicate the vision of project deliverables to development team(s) to ensure ongoing alignment toward the overall stakeholder vision. 
  • Serve as a delivery manager when needed- work with agile teams, and vendors to deliver projects for the organization.
  • Ensure assigned project deliverables stay within stated timelines, scope, and cost by managing budget and vendor relationships. Present product and project status, KPIs and insights to leadership teams
  • Guide continuous improvement efforts for platforms and solutions, develop business cases, understand your users

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • 6+ Product owner experience or equivalent in ecommerce, web and mobile application development initiatives
  • 5+ End to end delivery management or technical program management and vendor management experience. 
  • 5+ years of experience in delivering products via Agile methodology.
  • Understanding of UI/UX and design in developing digital products. 
  • Spirits and CPG industry knowledge preferred 
  • Bachelors in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics.
Personal Qualities
  • Curious and keen on learning new concepts independently
  • Comfortable with the ambiguous nature of industry 
  • Has a bias for action and execution, agile mindset and ability to pivot effectively 
  • Highly organized and pay attention to details  
  • Comfortable with working on teams that are global, diverse, and remote
