You need to be result oriented looking to develop the business as a founder in your RTM with focus on growing our Premium portfolio and Innovations and protecting the Core business. 

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the activation and distribution of the whole Bacardi product portfolio in the On Trade channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for working in partnership with the local Distributor Field Sales and multiple operating teams to lead and deliver the agreed activation plan at customer level. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products are always available, visible, attractive, recommended, and perfectly served every time. The successful candidate identifies new commercial opportunities, invest in new channels or regions, collaborate in creative ways with our partners, and execute programs to create value for the business and our customers.

We are looking for 4 Trade Activators to be in 4 key cities in Greece: 1 in Athens, 1 in Patra, 1 in Larisa and 1 in Crete (Heraklion or Chania preferably)

Key Responsibilities:
  • As part of the Activation team, you will need to contribute to deliver our 2 objectives: Excellence in execution in top on trade and NSV.
  • Being accountable for the implementation of the Commercial plan that delivers against customer programs agreed in the Country Integrated Activity Plan (IAP) specific to the top ON-Trade customers.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers to ensure shoppers find our Brands in the On Trade.
  • Negotiate in the Point Sales to deliver Distribution & Visibility targets.
  • You will look for new outlets to ensure our brands are where our consumers buy.
  • Drive value share growth for our brands in the On-Trade Channel.

Skills and Experience

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
  • Operating at pace and being able to multitask effectively, combined with a passion to develop, are all essential skills needed to excel within this role. You will also need:
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience within Sales (preferably within spirits industry).
  • Confident working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Self-starter, comfortable in multi-skilling and operating at pace.
  • Excellent organisation and planning skills.
  • A passion for the drinks industry and building 1st class customer relationships.
  • A flair for presenting ideas and plans with the ability to flex style to their audience.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deal with ambiguity.
  • Remains abreast of legal regulations in the industry.
