About the role

As a Trade Ambassador, you will be the leading expert on our Brands and Categories in the market. You will embody and represent the brands image and values externally and internally. You will collaborate closely with the Advocacy Manager and the Sales teams in East German market to increase the awareness of our premium brands with key influencers (e.g. bartenders) in the strategic On Trade channel.

Responsibilities

WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:

As a Trade Ambassador, you will be the leading expert on our Brands and Categories in the market. You will embody and represent the brands image and values externally and internally. You will collaborate closely with the Advocacy Manager and the Sales teams in East German market to increase the awareness of our premium brands with key influencers (e.g. bartenders) in the strategic On Trade channel. Your deep knowledge of the Categories and the Brands along with your ability to communicate and influence people will be key to your success in this role.
  • You will be the visible face for our Portfolio in your region and you will represent our Portfolio at key trade events in the market.
  • You will develop relationships with key stakeholders in the Top OnTrade channel (i.e. Bartenders and Bar Owners) and influence the positioning of our Portfolio in their bars.
  • You will execute Portfolio trainings / guestshifts and bartours in coordination with the local Sales teams to win the minds and hearts of all influential bartenders in key accounts, to drive the Availability, Visibility and Advocacy your region.
  • You will be working very close with the Sales Team, to build Awareness and help to sell our Premium and Incubation Portfolio in your region.
This role is varied and will require interacting with the Sales teams and key channel influencers in your region. As a result, you can expect to be travelling extensively to stay connected to all stakeholders in East Germany

Skills and Experience

What is required:
  • Experience in national recognized top mixology accounts, usually as mixologist
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Wide network of strong industry relationships
  • Self - organisation
  • Proficiency in German and English language skills
The following experience is preferred:
  • Experience in Spirits and/or Beverage industry (at a globally relevant brand)
