About the role

YOUR OPPORTUNITY

In this role,- you will be responsible for translating the strategy of each brand and channel into execution strategy. Ensuring budget control and optimization, monitoring and action plan in order to deliver the main business KPIs.

Responsibilities

WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:
  • Close collaboration with the commercial manager, leading business plans for the Modern Trade customers;
  • Lead the merchandising agency and team;
  • Develop the annual promotional calendar by brand for the main customers, in line with brand's strategy.
  • Monitoring KPIs (sell out, PDV execution KPIs);
  • Sell out analysis by customer and brand, with key opportunities and insights.
  • Present trends and business opportunities to accelerate sell out;
  • Monitoring the execution of plans and evaluating the results, to drive continuous improvement;
  • Participate in the channel's strategic plan, defining clear priorities to ensure long-term growth;
  • Channel investment management, according to profitability and return on investment goals.

Skills and Experience


THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:
Experience in Trade Marketing, with FMCG or spirits industry experience if possible;
Experience in the Modern Trade channel (key accounts/cash carry);
Merchandising knowledge;
Strong analytical skills – able to identify business opportunities & insights to drive business growth;
Interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross functional teams;
Strategic thinking and execution mindset;
Planning and Organising: sense of urgency, prioritization, and time management.
