About the role

WHAT DOES A TRADE MARKETING EXECUTIVE DO?

Trade Marketing Executive at Bacardi work in tight collaboration with their Country Leadership Teams and play a critical role in taking our great portfolio of brands to the next level. They do this by crafting brilliant strategies based on astute consumer insights and crisp execution at commercial level.   

ABOUT YOU

As a Trade Marketing Executive, you will own responsibilty for the development, execution and perfomance of all programs designed to increase presence and ultimate take-away and being responsible for management and monitoring of Trade Marketing Investments and initiatives execution. You would also be responsible for contribution to the Company’s goals and objectives and improve market share, customer satisfaction and productivity performance by establishing channel strategies and implementing the associated plans.

Responsibilities

WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE TO:

  • Build/maintain/strengthen relationship with key on trade accounts and distributor
  • Put consumer/s at the heart in every execution
  • Drive listing and availability of Bacardi Martini products in the on trade
  • Execute visibility of our brands in the on trade
  • Implement agreed IAP (Integrated Activity Plan) including channel strategy
    • Manage Partnership contracts
    • Generate volume through pouring contracts
    • Execute brand promotions/activations
    • Event management – planning, execution and evaluation
    • A&P management

Skills and Experience

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY:
  • Highly Driven
  • Strong local / English language skills.
  • Ability to communicate at different organization levels.  
  • Excellent presentation skills with strong interpersonal leadership and Team Management skills.
  • Excellent ability to interpret the marketing vision and drive value adding insights and budget management experience
  • Organized and determined persistent person

PERSONAL QUALITIES
  • Good and effective communication and negotiation skills, leadership who is proactive and a good team player.
  • Ability to promote cross functional effectiveness. Decision making oriented & able to quickly react to changing environment
