• Responsible for the management of all inbound/outbound shipments and yard control at the Distribution Center.  
• Coordinates with Freight Forwarders, 3PL logistics provider, and internal customer service to ensure proper workflow, shipment prioritization and volume availability.  
• Manages and measures the effectiveness of the Freight Forwarder and 3PL logistics provider through KPI reporting. 
• Responsible for the execution of an efficient load/unload schedule and yard jokey production. 
• Budgetary responsibly of detention & demurrage charges, transportation charges, and yard control. 
• Responsible for efficient and effective use of Yard Management System.
• Works closely with Customs Manager for the timely coordination and release of containers from port. 
• Role is supported by a Load/Unload Coordinator.

• Creation of product availability reports based on unload schedule. 
• Perform Carrier Analysis – tracking carrier commitments, on-time performance, contractual adherence. 
• Audit and process Ocean Shipment invoices. 
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, SAP, and use of Yard Management Systems.

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• 5 years’ experience in the transportation and distribution fields.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or Traffic preferred
