About the role

Your Opportunity

You will be part of the Global Strategic Insights and Analytics team who guides the development of our Global Iconic Brands and key markets around the world. More specifically, you will be part of the Voice of the Consumer Intelligence team where we deliver, enable, and empower the understanding of consumer behaviour across the global business whilst providing actionable insights.

You will conduct research and analyse multiple types of consumer data to develop insights and advise on how the business can put the consumer at the heart. You will also have the chance to build and manage the capabilities of the team including upskilling the company’s understanding of live consumer data.

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be:

  • Define business and research objectives, scope and manage consumer data research including agency management
  • Conduct research about consumers, emerging technology and the market and translate data into actionable business implications that drive business outcomes
  • Meaningfully summarize multiple streams of data and research to succinctly communicate conclusions and recommendations in well-developed documents and presentations targeted to wider stakeholder audiences
  • Synthesize existing research on key global consumers and deliver it in an inspiring and easily understandable way
  • Share knowledge broadly across the organisation to deepen understanding of consumers globally to drive insights into business decision making and results
  • Support in developing a process for brand and market teams to use Voice of the Consumer intelligence (VOCI) data and methodologies in annual planning to inform and influence business strategies
  • Run training sessions and build on-going education for the company’s understanding of Voice of the Consumer Intelligence (VOCI) data and methodologies to uncover insights
  • Manage the relationship with our social listening tool from an operational perspective, managing the build and tracking needs from the brands and markets
  • Work with the IT team to build internal databases and dashboards with Voice of the Consumer Intelligence (VOCI) data

  • Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
  • Experience in translating data and analysis into compelling stories and business recommendations
  • Broad understanding of consumer trends and the digital channel landscape
  • Able to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
  • Excellent project management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and manage priorities as needed
Personal Qualities
  • Around 2-4 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Passionate and curious to understand human behaviour
  • Big picture strategic thinker with ability to also be detail-oriented
  • A natural desire to build and nurture great relationships across a range of stakeholders – both internally and externally
  • Business savvy so that insights and recommendations consider the brands and business’ needs
