About the role
Responsibilities
- Finish Goods Warehouse Operation for Tultitlan OC:
- Inbound of Finish Goods from the Plant - 4.6 M yearly cases (3.3 M from Bacardi + 1.3 M From PD)
- Outbound of Finish Goods to PD - 1.3 M yearly cases
- Outbound of Finish Goods to LAC Markets - 600 K yearly cases
- Distribution Center Operation for Mexico Market including
- Inbound of Finish Goods - 500 K yearly cases (200 K of Tequila + 300 Imported products)
- Picking of finish goods assuring compliance of customer specifications.
- Outbound of Finish Goods to Mexico Customers - 3.1 M yearly cases
- Inbound and refurbish of finish goods from reverse logistics of Mexico Market - 50K yearly cases
- Fiscal Warehouse Operations - 300K yearly cases.
- Storage a $20 M USD inventory / 10.5 K pallet position / 264 IPC´s
- Cycle Inventory Program implementation to assure high level inventory accuracy - 99%
- Build and manage a budget of $800 K USD spend.
- Lead a 35 union people team.
- Define improving and saving projects for Warehouse operations.
- Stablish a close communication with key stake holders to assure a high-level service, those stakeholders include Production & Supply Planning, Procurement Team, Safety & Security Teams, Quality Team, Foreign Trade Team, Finance Team, 3PL & Transportation providers.
Skills and Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse & DC Operations in a Fast-Moving Consumer Goods industry.
- 3-5 years of experience managing a union team bigger than 20 people.
- Experience building warehouse Budget.
- Strong knowledge of shipping requirements for Mexico modern trade customers.
- Knowledge of Cycle Inventories Methodologies.
- Lean Tools Knowledge
- Fluent English & Spanish.
- Continues improvement mindset.
- Leadership skills.
- Microsoft Knowledge (Word, Power Point, Excel ? Pivot Tables)
- SAP Knowledge
