About the role

YOUR CHALLENGE

You will drive our „win in Key Cities“ strategy in Zürich, unlocking success through flawless execution of all activations across our portfolio.

You will play a crucial role in increasing the footprint of Bacardi in the top relevant on-trade of the major city Zürich by developing game changing customer & marketing programs tailored to local needs. 

You will work closely together with sales, customer marketing, advocacy and partner agencies to create unique customer propositions and activations with the consumer at the heart and raise the awareness of and the desire towards our Brands.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES – WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
  • Responsible for execution of the local “Winning in” concept
  • Consults key local stakeholders on “Winning in” plans & activities
  • Cooperates closely with sales, marketing, advocacy and experiential to ensure resources to maximize impact on top influencer scene of Zurich
  • Localises BTL activation toolkits and produces materials and services incl POSM 
  • Maintains channel activity grids and local activity comms
  • BTL agency management & briefing responsibility 
  • Key member of local quarterly planning team, defining universe and designing appropriate activations
  • Management & selection of local POS
  • Localises commercial sell in propositions
  • Manages local market A&P P&L for “Winning in” program
  • Builds long-term relationships with key strategic customers
  • Works closely with sales account managers on local market ideas and solutions
  • Assists Brand activation Manager in the development of Regional toolkits 
  • Shares best practice examples and assist on potential amplification of success-proven tools and concepts towards other cities

Skills and Experience

SKILLS – THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
  • Strong commercial mindset
  • Experienced in working with stakeholders to develop and implement clear agendas and longer term execution plans.
  • Experienced in managing stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of the “Winning in” plans. Actively builds and leads interactions between the functions to ensure plans are implemented and goals met.
  • Experienced in balancing long and short term priorities to create efficiencies 
  • Excellent organization skills 
  • Experienced in actively influencing external networks and decision makers – a passion for the drinks industry and building 1st class customer relationships
  • A flair for presenting ideas and plans with the ability to flex style to their audience
  • Ability to work under pressure and to deal with ambiguity
  • Comprehension of competitive market of Zurich and how to use available data to develop initiatives to grow the brand
  • Remains abreast of legal regulations in the industry for the Country
