Responsibilities

WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
  • Implement key customer strategies and activity plans to attain sales revenue targets and achieve company goals. These customers include E-retailers, e- groceries, e-specialist shops,  delivery Apps, Marketplaces (current and potential).
  • Assure “online product set up” and activation of Bacardi portfolio by E-customers including packshots, images, titles and descriptions.  
  • Develop digital assets for our products based on KV (key visual) and create a database of e-content for our products. Ensure that all packshots and product descriptions are optimized for online and rich content is available per brand.  Elevate our product stories by rich content to create an engaging and relevant experience for our consumers to drive sales and meet budgeted forecasts. 
  • Develop, monitor, write and update product content at our E-customers. Implement effective merchandising strategies, including promotions, optimization, and cross-sell/up-sell strategies. 
  • Monitor performance, analyze and optimize campaigns on an ongoing basis by analyzing key metrics across key E-retailers and platforms. Report progress against campaign goals, sales data, and conversion rates.  Make sure the onsite advertising strategy is capturing learnings on conversion and traffic streams to optimize ROI. Drive recommendations based on evaluation.
  • Identify, quantify, and develop opportunities to maximize sales volume with our preferred E-retailers.  Monitor competitors and adjust the approach to ensure our position as a category leader in eCommerce.
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of SEO best practices and manage SEO for our portfolio within UA legal landscape. Ensure that content is SEO-optimized and clearly messaged to improve customer satisfaction. Define strategy how to drive organic search rankings.
  • Collaborate with marketing and key account teams on ensuring plans execution, including identifying content gaps and underperformance.

Skills and Experience

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
  • 4+ years of direct selling, managing, planning & marketing experience with E-commerce partners, including Delivery Apps, Marketplaces and E-retailers. 
  • FMCG expertise is highly valued.
  • Ability to determine current and future ecommerce trends, having an emphasis on planning, forecasting, building ecommerce and internal specific programs.
  • Demonstrate financial and commercial acumen and strategic thinking 
  • Strategic account planning ability through negotiations. 
  • Proficient in Internet navigation, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook 
  • English Upper-intermediate+.
