About the role

Your Opportunity

You will create the legacy of Bacardi and drive the company’s presence and growth in the area.
You will be accountable for creating value through driving sales and developing strong relationship with key customers in your dedicated area.
Your deep Commercial knowledge, ability to develop strategic relationships and lead a Sales team will be key to your success in this role.

With our Consumer at the heart, your key focus will be
  • Deliver key financial targets (NSV, Gross Margin, Overheads, Profitability, ROI, Value Share) versus budget.
  • Responsible to set up RTM, with distributors and wholesalers network to deliver key Commercial scorecard targets.
  • Capture market dynamics and react to growth opportunities in your market.
  • You will be accountable for building Bacardi brands equity by leading and motivating 3rd Party Distributor’s, and optimizing best execution of local marketing mix in line with the brands’ global strategies.
  • Building strong, mutually beneficial relationships with distributors, liquor retail, & On trade.
  • Maintain an update view of in market RSPs for all markets & all categories, through regular in market visits. Best execution of Brand Plans with distributors and local trade.
  • Ensuring optimum distribution and visibility of our brands. Control and manage contracts for distribution agreements

Skills and Experience

The Skills & Experience needed to create your legacy
  • Experience in field sales in a leading FMCG company
  • Strong customer focus 
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Have Strong Analytical Capability to work with figures. Good financial acumen and exposure to managing Sales and P&Ls
